M. Kinkead Design & Contracting will design, install and maintain your irrigation and/or low-voltage lighting system.

System design is carried out in close consultation with our clients to ensure that we can offer landscaping solutions best suited to your expectations and budget. All fixtures and materials are of highest quality and selected for their value and dependability. Applicable manufacturers' warranties will be identified. Installation is performed by experienced personnel using equipment specifically designed to complete the job with the least disruption to your existing lawn, flower beds and other landscape features.

Routine maintenance including winterization and start-up can be arranged under contract and is provided free of charge for the first year of any full installation. Services such as repair or replacement of damaged sprinkler heads, lights, pipe or wiring are provided at reasonable rates based on time and materials.
